Salad Dressing – for Any Salad

My quickest and favorite salad dressing is so simple. It seems to compliment just about any mix of toppings for a salad and every time I make it for new guests I get rave reviews. Ingredient line up to make a small bottle of dressing 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar 2/3 cup olive oil 1 teaspoon of onion powder 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder sea salt & pepper to taste Mix it all up in a jar or some sort of container that you can store. You do not need to refrigerate this, it can store fine in your cupboard until you need it.   Other dressing ideas & options — you can switch up the flavors so easily! Below is a list of things to try and can be purchased at your local oil & vinegar store, in Portland here is the link to the store: http://portland.oilandvinegarusa.com Instead of balsamic vinegar, try: raspberry vinegar orange vinegar apple vinegar strawberry vinegar fig vinegar pomegranate vinegar Instead of olive oil, try: rosemary infused olive oil avocado oil walnut oil olive oil with lemon garlic infused olive oil Other tasty options to include (if you include these, you will want to store it in the refrigerator and it will keep for about 2 weeks depending on the freshness of your produce being added): muddled orange muddled raspberries finely diced green onions minced fresh garlic minced ginger minced mint minced cilantro
