2-3 cups of tomatoes (remove stems, slice in half)
2 garlic cloves
1/2 cup cilantro (loose not packed)
Peppers (remove ends and seeds)
2 tablespoons of lime juice
1 tablespoon Sea salt
2 teaspoons of cumin
In a food processor throw in onion chunks, cilantro and garlic, pulse for about 5 times at 5 seconds each.
Add in the remaining ingredients and turn on and let it spin into awesomeness for about 1 minute.
If your batch makes too much, get a jar or freezer-tight container to save the rest for a later date or pass along to a friend!
