Sautéed Cinnamon Peaches

PeachesPeaches are happening! Yum! I’d like to think this is almost as good as a freshly baked peach pie. It is warm and gooey and very simple to make for yourself or as a quick after dinner bite if you are so desiring one.

Here’s what you’ll need:

1-3 peaches
Cinnamon
1-2 Tablespoons of Butter or Coconut oil

Action steps:
Wash & slice up your peach or peaches
Use a pan on medium to low heat
Melt fat of your choice
Add in diced peaches and cinnamon
Let it all cook together for 5-10 minutes (depending on how many peaches you have and how soft you like your peaches)

Enjoy your summer treat!

**You can also slice your peaches, place in foil, add in fat & cinnamon and cook on your bbq. Equally as delicious.
