YUM! Smoothies are one of my favorite food-drinks. I love how energized and refreshed I am when I drink it. You will be jazzed up with vitamins, quality food and on your way to health. I have used different variations of veggies, fruits and milks (coconut, almond, hazelnut) to create the perfect smoothie. But I think I have it down.
Handful of spinach
Leaf parts of kale (don’t use the spine of the kale)
1 celery stalk
1/3 to 1/2 of a banana or 1/3 avocado for thickness
handful of blueberries
1 cup Canned coconut milk
2 Tablespoons of cocoa powder
