Blueberry Clafouti


How fun is the word clafouti! Cla-foo-tee, practice with me now. This is a tasty treat for a Sunday Brunch or when you want to impress your guests.

Blueberry Clafouti

For 8 servings you will need:

6 eggs
6 Tbsp butter, melted and cooled to room temp + 1 pat to grease the pan
3/4 cup cream, half & half, or coconut milk
2 tsp cinnamon
2 cup blueberries

1.  Preheat oven to 400 and butter a 10″ pie pan
2.  Whisk together eggs, cream and butter until creamy and frothy
3.  Mix in cinnamon and pour into pie pan
4.  Add blueberries to pan
5.  Bake about 40 minutes or until top is golden and fluffy
